Job Summary

To coordinate the efficient movement of personnel equipment materials and supplies to support Oil & Gas operations projects and offshore/onshore activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation and movement of personnel equipment materials and supplies.

  • Plan and monitor logistics activities for operational and project requirements.

  • Coordinate crew movements mobilization demobilization and travel arrangements.

  • Liaise with transporters vendors marine operators freight forwarders and other logistics providers.

  • Coordinate delivery receipt storage and dispatch of materials and equipment.

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to operational locations.

  • Prepare logistics schedules movement plans and supporting documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles equipment movements deliveries and logistics activities.

  • Monitor logistics costs and support cost-control initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company HSE security and logistics procedures.

  • Resolve transportation delivery documentation and scheduling issues.

  • Prepare daily weekly and monthly logistics reports.

  • Support offshore/onshore mobilization and project logistics as required.


Qualifications :

  • ./HND in Logistics Supply Chain Management Transport Management Business Administration or related field.

  • 57 years relevant logistics experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Experience supporting offshore/onshore operations is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of Nigerian Oil & Gas logistics and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
