Our client is seeking experienced and results-driven Loan Officers to join its team across multiple locations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients assessing loan applications driving loan portfolio growth and ensuring timely loan repayments while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new loan customers.
Evaluate loan applications and conduct credit assessments.
Recommend suitable loan products based on customers needs.
Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with the companys credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare accurate loan documentation and reports.
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a loan credit or sales role within a financial institution or microfinance bank.
Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet loan disbursement and recovery targets.
Good knowledge of lending principles and credit risk assessment.
Compensation: Base Pay of N250000 monthly Performance Accelerators and benefits
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in a loan credit or sales role within a financial institution or microfinance bank. Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet loan disbursement and recovery targets. Good knowledge of lending principles and credit risk assessment.
