Job Summary

We are seeking diligent organized and experienced Kitchen Assistants to support food preparation maintain high hygiene standards and ensure smooth kitchen operations within the food service and hospitality industry.

Location: Ikeja Oshodi Ogba & Ajao Estate Lagos

Work Mode: Shift Basis

Salary: monthly net other benefits

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

A minimum of a school leaving certificate.
At least **1 year of experience** as a Kitchen Assistant preferably within the food service catering or hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of food hygiene sanitation and kitchen cleanliness practices.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
A positive attitude reliability and willingness to learn.
The flexibility to work shifts and collaborate with other kitchen staff.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation including washing peeling cutting and sorting ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen workstations utensils and equipment.
Support chefs and cooks in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure ingredients and food supplies are properly stored and handled in line with food safety standards.
Wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment as required.
Assist with receiving arranging and organising food supplies.
Ensure waste is disposed of properly and kitchen areas remain clean and organised.
Follow food safety procedures and company hygiene standards.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.
