We are a powerhouse of technology creativity and all transportation activitiesDevelop and manage relationships with clientsProvide valuable and forward-thinking process to continually improve service performanceDevelop policies and procedures for the companyMonitor the general operations of staff to make sure that their operations are within the guidelines safety measures government orders and administrative policiesDevelop and implement plans that will lead to improvement in company profitWork closely with the Logistics Supervisor and the DriversRecruit train and coach competent transportation staffManage the negotiation of vendor contracts and other purchasesMonitor and reduce business costsOversee all activities of the team to ensure the monthly and annual targets are achievedConduct monthly reviews for the transportation teamReview and verify monthly salaries for the teamMake recommendations for the acquisition of new equipment or the replacement of old onesTake charge of investigations that look into customer complaints with regard to general service deliveryPrepare and present weekly update and report on the status of the business to a Director and Board of Directors quarterlyPrepare a realistic annual budget and business plan for the companyRequirements and QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business Administration or related coursesA deep understanding of operations and marketing principlesGood Analytical SkillMust be thorough motivated enthusiastic ambitious and confidentA positive attitude and great Negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.) Minimum typing speed of 40WPM
