Junior IT Support Lagos Mainland

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
5. Providing technical support across the company
6. Setting up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
8. Testing new technology

PERSONALITY

4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
6. Enthusiasm for continual learning

Qualifications :

1. 1 year of basic experience
2. OND in computer science 
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus
