IT INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation and reliability of the Companys IT environment. The role will ensure effective end-user support network administration hardware and software maintenance user access management and troubleshooting across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT infrastructure and operational activities.
  
• Provide and oversee first- and second-level technical support.
  
• Manage computers printers POS devices network equipment and other IT hardware.
  
• Administer networks connectivity and related infrastructure.
  
• Manage user accounts access rights and permissions.
  
• Install configure and maintain software and hardware.
  
• Troubleshoot system network and end-user issues.
  
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly.
  
• Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
  
• Support backups security controls and system recovery processes.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  
• Ensure IT systems remain operational across all business locations.
  
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Bachelors degree/HND in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
  
• 46 years IT infrastructure/support experience.
  
• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  
• Experience supporting multi-site operations is advantageous.
