Job Summary

Our client a fast-growing travel agency is looking to hire a Head of Travel Agency to be based in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel agency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the travel business and increase revenue.
  • Manage flight bookings travel packages visa assistance and other travel-related services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines travel partners and other industry stakeholders.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the travel team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Handle customer enquiries complaints and escalations professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify new business opportunities partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant travel industry regulations and operational procedures.
  • Manage pricing quotations invoicing and other commercial activities related to the travel business.

Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the travel agency/ travel management industry.
  • Candidate must reside within or around Lekki for ease of commute.
