Your responsibilities
- You will oversee trade execution and settlement processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- You will manage the entire transaction lifecycle coordinating with brokers custodians and counterparties.
- You will provide portfolio management support ensuring accurate portfolio reporting cash balances and reconciliations.
- You will implement portfolio rebalancing strategies while tracking investment performance and risk metrics.
- You will ensure all investment operations align with internal policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- You will lead and develop the investment operations team driving high performance and operational efficiency.
- You will continuously review and optimize operational processes to enhance accuracy reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- You will oversee investment management systems and technology platforms ensuring they support trade execution and portfolio management effectively.
- You will manage relationships with external service providers ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.
- You will collaborate with compliance risk and audit teams ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- You will provide regular operational reports to senior management detailing trade execution settlement efficiency and operational challenges.
To be considered you should have
- A bachelors degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- An MBA CFA or other relevant certifications (preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in investment operations or asset management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in trade execution portfolio reporting and investment reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in investment operations.
- Experience with portfolio management systems trading platforms and operational risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to identify operational risks and implement effective controls.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency in investment operations software and financial technology solutions.
