Fulfilment Lead

This is a remote position.

• Own the fulfilment lifecycle and operational performance
  
• Establish proactive controls to identify and prevent fulfilment failures
  
• Lead containment and resolution of complex or high impact operational incidents
  
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
  
• Manage order prioritisation exceptions escalations and ageing
  
• Establish and continuously improve fulfilment SLAs processes and controls
  
• Coordinate vendors procurement logistics and internal teams
  
• Provide clear executive level reporting on operational risks performance and trends
  
• Coach the team to independently identify and resolve operational issues
  
• Drive continuous improvement in speed reliability cost and quality
  

• 58 years in operations fulfilment supply chain logistics or a similarly complex operational environment
  
• Demonstrated experience managing complex operational issues incidents and escalations
  
• Strong track record of preventing recurring issues through root cause analysis and process improvement
  
• Demonstrated ability to contain operational disruption while maintaining customer and business continuity
  
• Strong operational judgement and commercial awareness
  
• High level of operational maturity and executive presence
  
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating across functions
  
• Proven people management and coaching experience
  
• Highly analytical structured and process oriented
