Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced analytical and detail-oriented Finance Controller to strengthen financial governance drive process efficiency and ensure robust financial controls within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of experience in financial control within the FMCG industry is preferred

* Strong expertise in financial process flows internal controls and process improvement.

* Solid experience in financial auditing compliance and risk management.

* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Hands-on proficiency in Zoho Books and ERP systems*

* Strong knowledge of inventory management stock reconciliation cost control and financial reporting.

* Ability to identify control gaps prevent financial leakages and implement corrective measures.

* ICAN qualification (ACA) is mandatory.

* Demonstrated experience in a similar finance leadership or control role.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
