Job Summary

Assist with expense retirements and staff imprest reconciliation.

Support audits by organizing and retrieving relevant financial documentation.

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly financial reports and management summaries.

Support posting of financial transactions bank reconciliations and petty cash/imprest management.

Assist with reconciling site-level materials and expenditure with financial records.

Support the verification and processing of contractor and vendor invoices and payment requests.

Assist in tracking project costs against approved BOQs and maintaining cost and variation records.

Maintain accurate records of sales allocations payment schedules and collections.

Assist with tracking client payments receivables payment plans and reconciliations including follow-up on outstanding payments.

Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.


Requirements

BSc/HND in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field.

Must be a currently serving NYSC corps member eligible for primary assignment.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams across Development Construction and Sales.

High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism.
