Job Summary
This position is the key interface between the business and plant manufacturing leading and monitoring all operational aspects of the manufacturing sites including compliance production process and adherence to the supply plan and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for production (OEE production plan level of service etc.) and external warehouses/facilities (collection center)
- Plan organize and supervise manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency
- Coordinate the maintenance by ensuring the critical equipment parts machinery availability performance and cost.
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics procurement quality and planning
- Proactively looking for improvements/efficiencies
- Factory management with clear focus on P&L impact
- Develop an enterprise-wide operating strategy at the manufacturing site including detailed workflows transparent demand forecasts.
- Lead all operational aspects of the manufacturing sites including compliance QA procedures product formulas & specifications production process inventory and adherence to the supply plan.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement plans associated with manufacturing plant process and product quality consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering manufacturing Industrial Management or related.
- 5 -10 years of experience as Factory Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and training capability; able to engage all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
