Job Responsibilities
- Drive the CEO safely to corporate offices external meetings airports and private events.
- Map out primary and alternative routes using real-time traffic updates to guarantee on-time arrivals.
- Remain on-call and adapt quickly to sudden changes in the CEOs itinerary or evening/weekend requirements.
- Ensure the executive vehicle is continuously clean detailed and stocked with requested amenities.
- Schedule regular mechanical servicing fluid checks tire rotations and fueling.
- Perform daily safety inspections and maintain a heightened awareness of surroundings to ensure passenger security.
- Protect all sensitive corporate and personal information overheard or accessed during transit.
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Assistant to align travel timings and handle luggage or courier deliveries.
- Maintain a professional well-groomed appearance and a calm polite demeanor at all times.
