Work Mode: Shift Basis
In partnership with our client we are seeking reliable safety-conscious and experienced Drivers to support transportation and logistics operations within the food service industry. This role is suited to a seasoned professional who requires minimum supervision and understands Lagos roads.
Who are we looking for
- You have 1 year experience as a professional driver preferably in a corporate executive logistics or transportation environment.
- You have a proven track record of safe driving punctuality and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- You possess a valid drivers licence and a thorough understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- You are reliable disciplined highly attentive and committed to providing excellent service.
- You demonstrate strong knowledge of routes navigation systems and local road networks.
- You are proactive in identifying potential vehicle issues planning efficient routes and ensuring passenger safety.
- You are comfortable working flexible hours travelling as required and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Your Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives staff clients or goods to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and follow efficient routes while considering traffic conditions road closures and weather.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy clean and properly maintained.
- Monitor fuel levels service schedules tyre conditions and other essential vehicle requirements.
- Comply with all traffic laws company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of trips mileage fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods or luggage when required.
- Report accidents vehicle defects delays and other incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional attitude and ensure a comfortable safe experience for passengers.
- Protect company property and maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers and business activities.
