Job Summary
- Drive customer acquisition and activate new routes in your assigned location (Ajah or Yaba)
- Engage commuters traders and residents directly to introduce our bus ride service
- Educate potential customers on how to book rides and use our platform
- Convert prospects to active paying customers and meet daily/weekly acquisition targets
- Provide on-ground feedback on routes pricing and customer behavior
- Represent the brand professionally at bus stops markets and high-traffic areas
- Submit daily field reports on activities and performance
Who are we looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade without being pushy
Comfortable with field work and engaging strangers
Able to operate basic mobile apps (WhatsApp Google Maps etc.)
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be resident in or very close to Ajah or YabaSSCE / OND / HND / BSc - No experience required training will be provided
