Job Summary

We are looking for passionate dedicated and experienced cooks who can prepare delicious meals while maintaining consistent food quality.

*Location:* Bajulaiye Shomolu Lagos and its environs
*Salary:* 150000

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes.
* Ensure food quality taste presentation and portion consistency.
* Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
* Prepare ingredients and organise workstations.
* Monitor ingredient usage and report stock shortages.
* Minimise food wastage and follow food safety procedures.
* Assist with menu improvements and new meal preparation.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Minimum of SSCE/OND in Catering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a cook.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Ability to follow standard recipes and portion guidelines.
* Creativity teamwork and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
