Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced highly strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide operational leadership across a growing portfolio of businesses spanning Recruitment & Staffing and Travel Services.
Demonstrable experience managing people processes and multiple business functions while improving operational efficiency revenue and business performance.
Strong experience in building strategy execution and business development.
Excellent organisational analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong financial and commercial understanding
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement systems processes and structures that improve efficiency and profitability.
Translate the Founders strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable actions.
Monitor performance across business units and ensure targets are achieved.
Identify operational gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Establish accountability across teams and ensure responsibilities are clearly defined.
Ensure that business activities are executed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.
Required Skills:
3 years of progressive professional experience as a COO Operations Director General Manager or similar senior leadership position. Demonstrable experience managing people processes and multiple business functions while improving operational efficiency revenue and business performance. Strong experience in building strategy execution and business development.
