Job Summary

To lead the preparation submission negotiation and administration of commercial bids tenders and contracts ensuring competitive proposals contractual compliance and effective commercial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and review of Oil & Gas tender and business opportunities.

  • Review ITTs RFQs RFPs contracts and tender documentation.

  • Coordinate technical commercial financial and administrative inputs for bids.

  • Prepare and manage bid submissions ensuring completeness and timely submission.

  • Develop commercial proposals pricing schedules and tender documentation.

  • Coordinate clarification meetings and respond to client queries.

  • Review contractual terms identify risks and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Support contract negotiations with clients contractors and vendors.

  • Maintain a database of active submitted and prospective tenders.

  • Monitor contract performance milestones deliverables and obligations.

  • Manage variations extensions claims and other contractual matters.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable NUPRC NCDMB client and company requirements.

  • Prepare tender contract and commercial reports for management.


Qualifications :

  • ./HND in Business Administration Engineering Quantity Surveying Law Procurement or related field.

  • 57 years relevant experience in Contracts Commercial Bids/Tenders within the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Professional certification in Contract Management Procurement or related discipline is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas tendering and contracting processes.

  • Excellent commercial analytical negotiation and documentation skills.
