Construction Builder

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities across Sapir Projects Limiteds building and interior design projects.

Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings accurately on site.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards quality specifications and regulatory requirements.

Manage site personnel subcontractors and materials to maintain workflow efficiency and timely project delivery.

Identify site-related issues early and provide practical cost-effective solutions in consultation with project leads.

Conduct routine inspections of workmanship and materials to maintain high quality and durability.

Liaise with the project manager designers quantity surveyors and clients to ensure the design intent is effectively executed.

Maintain detailed records including daily site reports material usage logs and progress documentation.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on construction site experience preferably in residential commercial and interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of building construction processes methods and safety protocols.

Proven ability to interpret and implement construction and architectural drawings.

Experience supervising skilled and unskilled labor subcontractors and vendors on-site.

Excellent leadership communication and team coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with basic construction tools site documentation practices and workflow reporting.

HND/Bachelors degree in Building Technology Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.

Health and safety certification or relevant trade certification is an added advantage.
