Through close collaboration with our clients we build trusted partnerships and create value by understanding their needs and delivering tailored ResponsibilitiesMonitor the daily activities of the Transport Team to ensure that all team members carry out their assigned duties and assigned tasks deadlines deliverables and outstanding activities to ensure timely routine checks to verify that established operational procedures and company policies are being delays neglected responsibilities non-compliance and performance gaps and follow up with the relevant team records of task completion outstanding deliverables compliance issues and corrective periodic reports on team activities compliance status outstanding tasks and areas requiring management that vehicle documentation driver records permits insurance and other regulatory requirements are valid and up to adherence to transport procedures vehicle usage policies safety requirements and journey management up on reported operational issues to ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken within agreed repeated non-compliance failure to complete assigned tasks and unresolved operational issues to the appropriate lead or with team members to address identified gaps and improve adherence to operational internal reviews audits and process improvements to strengthen accountability efficiency and compliance within the Transport and QualificationsHND or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Transport Management Logistics or a related discipline.24 years of relevant experience in compliance operations monitoring quality assurance logistics or administrative organisational monitoring and reporting to track deliverables identify gaps and follow up effectively on outstanding in Microsoft Excel and other relevant reporting communication skills and the confidence to address non-compliance level of integrity attention to detail objectivity and Performance IndicatorsTimely completion of assigned tasks and operational deliverables across the and consistency of team activity and compliance identification and escalation of operational resolution of outstanding tasks and compliance to company procedures and applicable transport accountability and consistency in team performance.
