Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for existing and prospective CNG and NGL offtake clients
  • Negotiate review and manage offtake agreements supply contracts and service level agreements in coordination with Legal and Commercial functions
  • Onboard new clients including credit vetting contract execution and delivery setup coordination with Logistics
  • Monitor contract performance and delivery schedules working closely with the Logistics Manager to resolve supply or scheduling issues
  • Investigate and resolve client billing queries service complaints and commercial disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a client relationship management (CRM) system ensuring accurate records of contracts communications and account history
  • Track and report on client satisfaction contract renewals revenue performance and key account metrics to the Commercials and Business Development Manager
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the domestic gas market to support customer base growth
  • Coordinate client-facing communications during planned maintenance turnarounds or supply disruptions
  • Support pricing reviews market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy

Represent Umu-Gas at industry events client meetings and regulatory engagements as required



Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in client relations key account management or commercial roles within the oil and gas energy or industrial B2B sector; direct experience with CNG NGL LPG or gas offtake agreements is highly desirable; demonstrable track record of managing key accounts and contract negotiations
