CIG Motors Management Trainee Programme

The CIG Motors Management Trainee Programme is a structured development initiative designed to identify and develop high-potential graduates into future business leaders. Trainees will rotate through key functions or be assigned to a specific business unit gaining practical experience developing core business competencies and contributing to strategic and operational projects across the organization.

• Bachelors Degree (minimum Second Class Upper) from a reputable Nigerian or foreign university.
  
• Completion of the NYSC programme.
  
• Not more than 26 years of age.
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or relevant work experience is an added advantage.
