Job Summary

Our client is an African fashion and lifestyle company building products experiences and communities around African identity culture and contemporary expression. The client enters its next stage of growth the company is strengthening its commercial e-commerce operational people-development customer-experience and creative capabilities.


This is not a Personal Assistant or traditional Executive Assistant role. The CEO Force Multiplier will work directly with the CEO to translate ideas priorities and decisions into coordinated execution. The person must bring experience across business development operations people coordination and decision support and will have the authority to follow up with department heads on behalf of the CEO.


Key responsibilities

Translate CEO priorities into clear actions owners deadlines and expected outcomes.

Follow up with department heads and team members on behalf of the CEO.

Monitor strategic projects business priorities decisions and deliverables.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.

Support business-development initiatives partnerships and expansion opportunities.

Assist with people coordination performance follow-up and cross-functional execution.

Prepare decision briefs progress reports and recommendations for the CEO.

Attend relevant meetings and represent the CEO when formally authorised.

Work across clients headquarters stores and other physical spaces as required.

Travel locally or internationally on behalf of the CEO when necessary.

Work remotely when physical presence is not required.


Ideal candidate profile

Mid-level professional with experience in business operations business development project execution or strategy implementation.

Strong understanding of people management and organisational coordination.

Able to think strategically while driving detailed execution.

Confident following up with senior department heads and holding people accountable.

Strong judgement discretion communication and problem-solving ability.

Comfortable working directly with an entrepreneurial and highly involved founder.

Capable of advising challenging constructively and making sound recommendations.

Completion of major CEO priorities and strategic projects.

Quality and timeliness of cross-functional follow-up.

Resolution of operational bottlenecks.

Progress on partnerships expansion and business-development priorities.

Improvement in accountability reporting and execution across departments.
