Business Operations Manager
Job Summary
Oversee daily facility opening site readiness security personnel schedules and basic utility management (power generators inverters fuel/diesel supply and Wi-Fi connectivity) prior to general staff resumption.
Serve as the central operational link between customer service sales inventory and factory production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and scheduling.
Coordinate daily business flows site assessments and administrative logistics serving as an operational proxy when executive leadership is unavailable.
Compile synthesize and submit comprehensive daily operational reports to the management capturing site visits production progress and resource utilization.
Monitor operational device usage linked WhatsApp communication setups and digital workflow tools to ensure seamless daily connectivity across states.
Supervise inventory movements office assistants logistics officers and facility maintenance tasks to prevent resource shortages or operational downtime.
Implement operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure production coordination and material sourcing occur strictly within defined guidelines.
Work closely with the MD to receive supervisory guidance ensure budget alignment and maintain stability across all business units.
Must possess a Bachelors degree in Operations Management Business Administration Logistics or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in operational/business management facility management logistics coordination or production oversight (experience in manufacturing industrial or paints/chemicals sectors is an advantage).
Exceptional intelligence emotional composure and sound judgment under pressure with a proven ability to solve operational bottlenecks independently.
Outstanding report-writing and analytical skills with mastery in synthesizing daily operational data into actionable management briefs.
Highly tech-savvy with hands-on proficiency in digital management tools multi-device setups messaging integrations inventory software and spreadsheets.

Strong interpersonal and team-coordination skills with the ability to interface effectively between executive officers administrative staff and factory/depot workers.
