Job Summary

House of Splendor Boutique Hotel & Spa is seeking a professional energetic and customer-focused Barman to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages cocktails mock tails wines beers and other drinks.
  • Provide friendly efficient and professional service to guests.
  • Take and process beverage orders accurately.
  • Maintain excellent bar cleanliness hygiene and presentation.
  • Monitor beverage stock and minimize wastage and breakages.
  • Handle guest bills cash and POS transactions accurately where applicable.
  • Ensure beverages are prepared according to approved recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist with bar setup closing procedures and special events.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Comply with hotel policies safety standards and responsible alcohol service procedures.


Requirements
  • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO OND or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Barman/Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of beverages cocktails and bar service.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good grooming personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Honest responsible attentive to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work shifts weekends public holidays and special events.



  • Required Skills:
