- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in QuickBooks with high accuracy.
- Handle data entry tasks and collaborate with the finance team for consistent reporting.
Financial Documentation
- Organize and file financial documents receipts and invoices.
- Support preparation of financial statements reports and account reconciliations.
Data Analysis
- Extract and analyze financial data to spot trends and discrepancies.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Communication and Collaboration
- Work with team members and departments to gather financial information.
- Participate in meetings and suggest process improvements.
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Mandatory familiarity with QuickBooks; experience in tech startup finance is a plus.
