Were seeking a driven and confident Real Estate Acquisitions Closer to connect with property owners and heirs build trust quickly and guide prospects through the contract process. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and opportunities for growth.
What Youll Be Doing
Conduct 2050 meaningful conversations daily
Manage 3075 outbound calls per day
Build rapport quickly with property owners and heirs
Review obituaries and family connections to identify key contacts
Follow up consistently and move qualified prospects through the closing process
Maintain accurate records and detailed notes in company systems
Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals
Represent the company professionally in every interaction
What Were Looking For
12 years of cold-calling experience in sales or customer service
Real estate experience is required
Experience with Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds is a strong plus
Excellent English communication skills (Grade A)
Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Self-motivated disciplined and goal-oriented
Reliable computer quality headset and stable internet connection (backup power preferred)
Required Skills:
We require candidates to have at least 1-2 years of experience in an executive administrative role with a strong preference for those with a background in real estate or Title Companies.
