Thats exactly what were looking for in our next Water Reticulation Supervisor.
Joining our Tauranga team youll oversee crews delivering maintenance and operational works across water wastewater and stormwater networks. Youll be the connection point between the field and leadership team ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect.
This isnt a role where every day looks the same. Youll be planning work programmes supporting crews in the field managing contractors responding to operational challenges and helping customers get the outcomes they need. Youll have the opportunity to influence everything from team culture and productivity to safety performance and service delivery.
Just as importantly youll be leading people. Youll coach mentor and develop your crews create a positive team environment and help build a culture where everyone looks out for one another and takes pride in the work they do.
The work we do directly impacts thousands of people every day. While most people never think about what happens when they turn on a tap youll know exactly whats happening behind the scenes and youll have played a key role in making it happen.

You will bring:
- Experience leading operational maintenance or construction crews within water wastewater stormwater civil or utilities environments
- Proven ability to build engaged productive and high-performing teams
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities - A practical leadership style and willingness to support crews when required
- Experience managing subcontractors resources and day-to-day operational delivery
- A strong commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement
- Confidence working with customers clients suppliers and key stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity quality and financial performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people from all backgrounds
- The ability to remain calm decisive and solutions-focused when challenges arise
