Join our Auckland Temporary Traffic Management team and help keep our communities moving safely. Our TTM team plans coordinates and supports traffic management that protects our crews road users and the public around worksites across the network. As our TTM Business Support team member youll help keep the operation running smoothly through audits compliance and admin support that makes a real difference every day.

Mō te tūranga About the role

This is a hands on support role where youll be right in the mix backing the team across audits financial administration shift documentation subcontractor processes and day-to-day operational support. If you like variety enjoy getting stuck into detail and know how to keep things moving without the fluff youll fit right in. Ideally youll bring FSP knowledge and understand what good operational support looks like in a fast-moving environment.

Ngā kawenga matua Key responsibilities

• Monitor audit inboxes document incoming audits and provide timely information to clients suppliers and internal teams.

• Support operational compliance by monitoring shift documentation maintaining accurate records and creating and managing CAM cases for audits and safety improvements.

• Complete financial and commercial administration including subcontractor invoicing project claiming internal billing purchase orders and month end reconciliation support.

• Coordinate customer review and subcontractor reporting processes while helping maintain strong working relationships across the business and with clients.

• Contribute to a strong safety culture by supporting Living Safely practices and helping the wider TTM team operate effectively and efficiently.

• 2 5 years experience in administration or operational support ideally in a fast-paced or technical environment.

• Strong organisation skills and confidence using Microsoft Office spreadsheets and business systems; SMART sheet experience is a bonus.

• Understanding of planning contract administration and financial tasks like budgeting invoicing reconciliation and reporting.

• A proactive approach good problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.

• Ideally have some knowledge of FSP and traffic management operations.
