The Role
Join our Supply Planning team in an administration role that helps keep our planning processes reporting and supplier activity running smoothly.
This is a fixed-term opportunity through to the end of February 2027 working 30 hours per week across four or five days.
Process invoices and complete reconciliations accurately and on time
Prepare regular supply planning reports and S&OP meeting decks
Update delivery dates receipts and other planning information across our systems
Coordinate with suppliers warehouses and internal teams to follow up deliveries invoices and required information
Support purchase orders order placement and priority lists using information provided by the planning team
Maintain accurate records and keep key administrative processes moving to schedule
About You
Youre organised reliable and comfortable working with numbers and detailed information. You enjoy keeping processes on track and communicating with a wide range of people to get the information you need.
Bring your administration experience ideally within supply chain operations accounts administration or a similar environment
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and confidence working with invoices and numerical information
Communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders including suppliers and internal teams
Manage competing tasks and recurring deadlines in an organised way
Feel comfortable working with systems reports and data
Bring exposure to planning or supply chain environments as an advantage although planning experience is not essential
