Were looking for a supervisor to join Fulton Hogan and lead from the front. Reporting to the Department Manager this role is a mix of office and field work where youll plan and organise work safely make sure people plant and materials are ready to go and help crews deliver good work every day.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll support multiple operational crews keep standards high and help get the job done safely efficiently and to spec. Youll be trusted to make good calls back your team and keep moving work forward. At Fulton Hogan good work starts at the frontline and so does long-term success.

  • Lead crews on site and create a safe well-organised work environment for our people subcontractors and the public.
  • Plan and co-ordinate labour plant and materials to deliver work safely efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Run pre-starts manage site risks follow company processes and step in to push pause when something is not right.
  • Provide clear onsite leadership support team development and build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver quality outcomes on time and to spec while identifying risks reporting incidents and looking for smarter safer ways to work.

  • A current Class 1 licence
  • RAMM knowledge and programming experience
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and support crews in a practical hands-on environment.
  • A strong focus on safety quality productivity and doing the right thing when it counts.
  • A reliable team-focused attitude with good judgement problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
