Were looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join a busy civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of drainage and infrastructure projects across Hawkes Bay.

This isnt small repetitive work youll be involved in subdivisions commercial developments and large-scale civil infrastructure projects with a contractor thats known for running quality jobs and backing good people.

If youre someone who leads from the front keeps crews productive and takes pride in running tidy well-organised sites this is worth a look.

About the role

Leading civil crews day-to-day
Coordinating plant labour and subcontractors
Driving programme and productivity on site
Maintaining QA and H&S standards
Working closely with supervisors and project managers
Delivering drainage and civil infrastructure works to a high standard

What were looking for

Strong civil construction background
Experience leading crews on site
Practical leadership style
Good communication and work ethic
Ability to keep jobs moving and standards high
Class 1 licence (WTR an advantage)
