Service Delivery Coordinator

We are currently seeking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Department of Corrections and Ministry of Justice team based at Rimutaka Prison in Wellington. Reporting to the National Administration Manager this role plays a key part in supporting the effective delivery of high-quality outcomes that underpin our essential services. The successful candidate will contribute to the coordination and continuous improvement of service delivery across this critical portfolio.

Te Kōwhiringa The Opportunity

Downer holds a long-term Asset Management and Facilities Management contract with the Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice that proactively manages and delivers to the national portfolio of facilities including 15 prisons 98 courts and 141 community correctional sites.

In this role you will provide administrative services to support the contract by having great attention to detail. This role will suit a dynamic person who has a real interest in supporting the business and making things happen!
