This role sits at the centre of our shift toward modern quality engineering. Rather than testing at the endyoullembed quality across the full delivery lifecyclewhileinfluencing how products are designed built and help shape how AI is applied in testing and quality engineering influencing how new tools are embedded into the development lifecycle.

Youllwork within a cross-functionalteamandcontributeto broader QA transformation helping teams move from traditional testing models to a quality-first mindset that improves reliability performance and customer experience at scale.

Your Impact

• Lead test strategy across complex products ensuring the right balance of coverage across unit integration end-to-end and non-functional testing
• Embed a shift-left approach by influencing requirements design decisions and acceptance criteria while coaching teams to take shared ownership of quality
• Identifyrisks early drive effective defect triage and guide teams toward preventative solutions that improve reliability and performance
• Improvetesting frameworks and automation approaches to support scalable reliable releases across API mobile and frontend environments including applying AI-supported techniques to enhance efficiency and insight

WhatYoullBring

• Strong QA fundamentals with proven experience defining test strategy assessing risk and making pragmatic trade-offs in complex scalable environments
• Hands-on experience testing complex systems including API and native mobile or similar high-traffic applications
• Demonstrated ability to embed quality early (shift-left) influencing requirements design and delivery practices across the full lifecycle
• Ability to coach and influence developers and cross-functional teams combiningstrong communicationskills with the technical fluency to engage on architecture automation and engineering practices

• Familiarity with Playwright or similar tools helping guide and uplift automation approaches across teams
• Experience contributing to quality transformation or embedding QA practices in product-led environments
