Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
- Leading the planning execution and delivery of complex projects aligned to business objectives.
- Managing project budgets resources financial performance and profitability.
- Acting as a product and domain expert helping define client requirements and providing guidance to stakeholders.
- Identifying risks implementing mitigation strategies and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.
- Managing change impacts across timelines cost resources and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure client needs are understood and successfully delivered.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and expand services.
- Managing third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 6-8 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong project delivery stakeholder management and customer engagement experience.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets risk change and delivery outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing environments.
- Strong communication problem-solving and relationship management skills.
