Job Summary
Our Merchandise Planning team sit across all our product divisions in the business spanning Home & Apparel Grocery & Health & Beauty and Sporting Leisure and Outdoors and more. These roles are key to connect strategy to execution ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time for Kiwi customers.
Senior Merchandise Planners
Lead a complex high-value portfolio and shape commercial performance at scale. Youll set forecasting demand and inventory strategies that maximise sales margin and availability while managing risk and protecting profitability. Working closely with Buying Supply Chain and key stakeholders youll turn sharp analysis into confident trading decisions and mentor 12 Associate Merchandise Planners to build a high-performing customer-first planning culture.
Merchandise Planners
Own the commercial and inventory performance of your categories turning strategy into forecasts open-to-buy plans and smart seasonal decisions. Youll stay close to weekly trade moving quickly on risks and opportunities to optimise sales margin availability and stock. Partnering across Buying Supply Chain Allocation and Finance youll use strong commercial judgement and data-led insights to deliver better outcomes for our customers and the business.
Qualifications :
You know retail planning and understand what drives great commercial and customer outcomes. Whether youre growing your career (with at least 2 3 years planning experience) or bringing extensive experience you can translate category strategy and customer needs into smart actionable decisions. Youll thrive in an environment without a fixed playbook using your commercial judgement analytical skills collaborative style and influencing skills to deliver results!
