Weve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Personal Operations team as a Senior Operations Associate! This role is located in our Wellington or Auckland office. Youll enjoy a varied role responsible for supporting day-to-day operations workflows championing lovable investor experiences driving automation and process improvements and ensuring financial security and regulatory compliance.

• drives efficiency productivity and automation while connecting daily workflows to investor impact business obligations regulatory requirements and data privacy
• champions investor experience and compliance serving as an operational subject matter expert advocating for investors handling escalations and ensuring money is always safe secure and compliant
• leads by example through workflow management task assignment quality assurance and coaching teammates to create loveable moments for investors
• adapts to change and is motivated by our vision and purpose
