Were seeking an experienced Senior Business Support Analyst - SAP to join KiwiRails ERP and Asset Services team in Wellington.

In this role youll work across a broad SAP landscape partnering with business stakeholders project teams and technical specialists to deliver solutions that improve business performance and support KiwiRails digital transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering SAP solutions that meet business needs
• Configuring and enhancing SAP ECC6 across modules including FI-CO MM PM PP Projects and RE-FX
• Driving process improvements and application optimisation
• Translating business requirements into functional designs
• Supporting testing releases and deployments
• Managing SAP security and authorisations
• Providing expert application support and issue resolution
• Collaborating with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

Were looking for someone who combines deep SAP expertise with strong business analysis skills and a collaborative approach.

• 10 years SAP experience including configuration and functional support
• Strong SAP ECC6 knowledge across multiple modules particularly FI-CO MM PM PP Projects and RE-FX
• Experience supporting business applications within a complex enterprise environment
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business IT Finance Economics or a related field
