This is a senior role with real influence. You will contribute to work that modernises how savings products are delivered migrated and embedded across Kiwibank. You will lead business analysis across complex transformation initiatives including business operational and systems process design. You will also support a major system migration working closely with technology transformation and business teams so requirements impacts and readiness considerations are clearly understood and managed. Working closely with stakeholders across Kiwibank you will lead workshops shape recommendations support assurance activities and ensure requirements traceability from concept through to implementation. Your work will directly support transformation outcomes strong governance and customer-focused change.

For this role were looking for a senior business analyst who brings confidence curiosity and leadership to complex change. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Experience supporting system or platform migrations including currenttofuture state analysis
• Proven ability to lead end to end business analysis on complex initiatives
• Strong capability in eliciting analysing and documenting business operational and delivery requirements
• Experience in business process improvement design and documentation
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience supporting other business analysts and contributing to practice standards
• Experience working within complex programmes governance frameworks and delivery methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into clear actionable recommendations and artefacts
