Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy team and making sure things run smoothly
Were looking for a capable and confident senior administrator to join us on a full-time fixed-term basis providing parental leave cover though to July 2027. This is a great opportunity to step into an established role where your experience sound judgement and ability to get things done will be valued from day one.
Youll work across the business supporting key meetings keeping people connected and helping ensure our day-to-day processes are well organised and effective. Were looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed build strong working relationships and bring a calm professional and proactive approach to the role.
If youre highly organised detail-focused and enjoy being the person others can rely on wed love to hear from you.
He kōrero mōu: About you
- At least three years experience in a similar senior administration role.
- Confident and accurate minute-taking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Initiative and good judgement anticipating whats needed and taking action.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and confidence using online meeting tools such as Teams and Zoom.
- Experience in the primary health care sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Just as importantly youll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively communicates well with a range of people and takes pride in providing high-quality support.
