Were looking for a detail-oriented Scrip & Custodial Operations Executive with experience in trade settlement custody or investment operations to join our growing Post Trade Operations team in. Based in our Auckland office youll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient settlement of trades safeguard client assets and support post-trade operations across Australia and New Zealand. What youll be working on

Reporting to the Scrip & Custodial Operations Manager youll support the day-to-day delivery of settlements and custody operations across Australia and New Zealand. Youll ensure trades are settled accurately client holdings are reconciled corporate actions are processed efficiently and operational controls are maintained to the highest standard. Working closely with internal teams registries custodians and market participants youll help deliver exceptional operational outcomes while contributing to continuous process improvements.

What will help you be successful

Youll thrive in this role if youre organised detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment. You take ownership of your work build strong relationships with stakeholders and pride yourself on delivering accurate outcomes.

Youll also bring:

• 3-5 years experience in trade settlement custody or investment operations within financial services

• A sound understanding of New Zealand clearing and settlement processes

• A collaborative approach and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience with reconciliation or settlement systems will be highly regarded
