Full-time role including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking progressive and innovative organisation at a brand-new community commencing at Wānaka Country Club
As Sales Manager you will in conjunction with our Village Manager have responsibility for the end-to-end sales process of our villas (and later care suites) at Wānaka Country Club. This will include jointly managing prospective enquiries liaising with potential residents and their families and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village.
We will launch this new community in September 2026 and we expect demand to be extremely strong. The role will also have a strong ability to connect with various local community clubs and organisations to promote the new community and grow our current database.
You will also be a strong advocate of Arvidas Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents health and wellbeing and experience within our community.

- An affinity with our customers excellent communication skills and the ability to support our local teams to achieve strong sales results
- Passion for interacting with older New Zealanders
