At DXC Technology our testers do more than validate software they help shape how quality is engineered into every solution. As a Tester Analyst youll be part of a forward-thinking team delivering high-impact outcomes across enterprise and public sector clients leveraging modern testing practices automation and emerging AI capabilities.
This is an ideal role for a tester who enjoys hands-on delivery is expanding into automation and AI-enabled testing and wants to grow within a team that values innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.

What will keep you busy
Youll play an important role in delivering high-quality solutions while evolving how testing is performed across the delivery lifecycle:
Execute functional and non-functional test cases with accuracy and attention to detail
Develop and maintain automated tests to improve coverage and enable faster more reliable releases
Leverage and experiment with AI-assisted testing approaches (e.g. test generation defect prediction intelligent test data creation) to enhance efficiency and insight
Collaborate closely with developers business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and define expected behaviour
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and backlog refinement
Identify analyse and clearly document defects working with the team to validate fixes and prevent reoccurrence
Maintain and support test environments and data management practices
Contribute to the evolution of testing frameworks automation capability and quality engineering practices
Continuously upskill in modern testing tools AI capabilities and engineering practices

The skills you will bring
Youre a motivated tester who is passionate about quality and increasingly interested in the future of testing including automation and AI:
Proven experience in software testing (typically 34 years)
Strong grounding in manual testing with exposure to automation frameworks or scripting
Awareness or interest in AI-driven testing tools and approaches
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
A growth mindset with a passion for learning new tools techniques and ways of working

Nice to Have (but not essential)
D365 or Cloud experience
Experience using test automation frameworks or tools (e.g. Selenium Playwright Cypress)
Exposure to AI-enabled development or testing tools (e.g. Copilot-style assistants test generation tools)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
An interest in developing towards a Quality Engineer / SDET pathway
