Roadmarking Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Road Marking Coordinator to join our team in Invercargill. Working closely with the Roadmarking Manager you will have your finger on the pulse. Youll know and probably more importantly anticipate whats coming up and be two steps ahead making sure that the region hums.

People are at the heart of everything we do therefore you will ensure that key stakeholder relationships are enhanced and good working relationships within the teams are developed and maintained actively fostering a best for Downer NZ approach.

No two days will be same youll be involved in everything from:

• Base and site management

• Daily contract administration

• Site visits

• Network audits (including the occasional annual night audits)

• Drafting and preparing reports

• Inventory ordering and control

• Client meetings and correspondence

• Supporting and driving a culture of zero harm

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in people management including leading coaching and developing high-performing addition to this you will also have excellent communication skills be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to attention to detail have great time management skills a willingness to get stuck in whatever is required and be flexible in your working approach while developing relationships at all levels.

Other key skills/experience:

• Experience of providing good quality administration support
• Previous experience with financial reporting processes
• Customer focused with the ability to deliver value-driven solutions

• Knowledge and understanding of Roadmarking operations within the civil and infrastructure sector would be an advantage

• Current drivers license
