As Store Manager youll drive the success of our Cambridge store focusing on sales customer experience and brand growth.  Days and hours are 9.45 - 5pm Monday to Friday (34 hours per week).  Your role will include:

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding service and personalised styling
• Achieve store and individual sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and grow the database

Brand & Community

• Host in-store events to boost brand awareness
• Represent the brand with passion

Store Operations

• Manage stock merchandising and store presentation
• Oversee budgets rosters and KPIs
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Team Support

• Develop team styling skills and product knowledge

Qualifications :

Youre a natural leader with proven experience in driving sales and creating great customer experiences.  You will bring:

• Proven retail leadership experience
• You have a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
• Strong styling ability and product knowledge
• The ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive energetic and customer-focused attitude

Most importantly youll be someone who lives and breathes fashion and loves helping customers feel confident and styled
