Renewable Growth Project Coordinator

This is more than a traditional project coordination role. Youll become a key part of the team helping keep our renewable growth portfolio moving forward ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time. Working alongside Project Managers and our Project Portfolio Management team youll help coordinate governance activities reporting documentation meetings and project processes that support the successful delivery of projects across our growing portfolio.

Day to day youll be the person bringing clarity and structure to a busy and evolving environment. From preparing governance papers and coordinating reporting inputs to tracking actions and maintaining project records youll help create the foundations that enable great project delivery. Youll also play an important role in supporting new team members sharing processes and ways of working and helping ensure everyone has what they need to contribute to our shared kaupapa. Youll likely bring experience in project coordination project administration or project support and youll enjoy working in environments where there are lots of moving parts to keep track of. Youre naturally organised detail focused and proactive with the confidence to follow things through and keep stakeholders informed. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential along with the ability to manage documentation records and information with accuracy and professionalism.

The must haves are a proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders excellent organisational skills a high level of integrity and confidence working with documentation reporting and governance processes. Experience working within project management frameworks financial administration project controls or systems such as SAP Psoda or Aconex would be a bonus but theyre not deal breakers. What matters most is your willingness to learn your ability to adapt and your comfort working in the grey while helping bring order to complexity.
