8 Month Fixed Term - Full-time
We have an 8-month fixed-term opportunity for a Quality & Improvement Analyst to cover parental this role youll support improvements across operational performance quality assurance reporting and service provider invoicing within Network Operations.
Youll work closely with a range of teams to solve problems improve processes and help ensure key operational work runs smoothly.
Youll work across Network Operations Finance Risk Commercial and with external service providers to:
- Improve day-to-day operational processes and ways of working
- Support quality checks audits and performance monitoring activities
- Analyse data and reporting to identify issues trends and improvement opportunities
- Support service provider invoicing including job capture service entries and invoice processing
- Review outage information to ensure it is accurate consistent and compliant
- Work with internal teams and external providers to resolve issues and improve outcomes
In this role success means:
- Processes are simpler more consistent and easier to follow
- Service provider invoicing is accurate timely and well managed
- Quality compliance and risk requirements are met
- Leaders and teams have reliable information to support decisions
- Improvements are implemented and embedded into everyday work
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with detail data and people and who takes a practical approach to improving how things work.
Youll ideally bring:
- Experience in electricity distribution utilities operations or a similar environment
- Confidence working with data reporting or process improvement
- Understanding of quality compliance or risk frameworks
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a structured practical way of working
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain information simply
