Reporting to theProperty & Asset Manager the Property & Projects Coordinator supportsthe delivery of maintenance facilities compliance and capital works projectsacross our national property portfolio.
Youll coordinateproject activities documentation reporting supplier relationships andstakeholder communications to help ensure projects are delivered safelyefficiently and on time. This role requires strong organisation skills soundproject coordination capability and the ability to build positive workingrelationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:
- Coordinating maintenance improvement and capital works projects
- Monitoring project budgets timelines risks and deliverables
- Managing project procurement and contract documentation
- Supporting supplier contractor and stakeholder engagement
- Maintaining project records reporting and compliance requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and processes
This is a full-timerole working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional after-hourswork required to support projects and operational needs.
Ngā pūkenga me ngāwheako Skills & Experience
Were looking forsomeone with:
- At least 2 years experience in project coordination property administration facilities coordination or a similar role
- An understanding of project management principles and project delivery processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to collaborate influence and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience with procurement contract administration or facilities/property activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
- A proactive adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- A full drivers licence and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
