About the role Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 4 April 2027 working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility around start and finish times to suit your needs. Based in Auckland or Hamilton youll also work across the region as required.

Were looking for a Property Procurement Specialist who will support LinkPeoples residential property this role youll build strong relationships with landlords developers government agencies and other key partners to secure affordable healthy homes that are fit-for-purpose. Youll lead property onboarding negotiate leases and develop long-term housing solutions that support individuals and whānau to thrive.

If you bring property sector experience strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset this is an opportunity to make a real difference in our communities.

You Mōu

You will have:

• At least 3 years experience in the property sector including property management and/or property development.
• Thorough understanding of the Property Law Act Residential Tenancies Act and Healthy Homes regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail particularly when preparing and managing documentation such as leases and tenancy agreements.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder quickly establishing credibility.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills with strong attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with Zavanti is preferred.
• Knowledge of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and working with Māori
• Willingness and ability to travel across New Zealand as required.
• Full clean driver licence.
