Our Internal Firm Services teams sit at thecentreof PwC New Zealand supporting our people and business so they can deliver the best possible service to clients. As a Projects and Change Senior Analyst in our Project Delivery teamyoullhelp introduce and improve technologyprocessesand ways of working that support transformation across the firm.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Supporting the delivery of technology and process change projects including planningcoordinationand documentation.

• Analysingbusiness processesdataand systemimpactsto help shape practical solutions.

• Testingnew processes and technology before they are introduced to users.

• Creating clear demosguidanceand user support materials to help people adoptnew technology.

• Collaborating with project managers developers change managers data specialists businessteamsand end users.

Ngāpūkengakakaweamaiekoe kawhakawhanakehiarāneiitēneitūranga/Skills you will bring or develop in this roleA strong understanding of technology and how it can support better business outcomes.

• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Business or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• Qualifications in Project Management Business Analysis Change Management or related methodologies are highly regarded.

• Strong understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business challenges.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology-enabled solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highlyorganisedwith experience managing documentation testing feedback and delivery activities.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product engineering data AI business and end-user teams.

• Experience working in professional services client-facing environments or technology transformation initiatives isadvantageous.

• A proactive curious mindset with a passion for learning emerging technologies and driving continuous improvement.
